What You'll Do
- Design and develop blockchain programs/modules in Rust (Anchor, Substrate pallets, CosmWasm)
- Write and maintain comprehensive test suites
- Integrate Rust-based blockchain systems with client infrastructure
- Optimize for performance: compute units (Solana), weight (Substrate), gas (CosmWasm)
- Participate in security reviews and threat modeling
- Document program architecture and interfaces for client teams
What We Look For
- 4+ years professional Rust development
- 2+ years building on Solana (Anchor), Substrate, Cosmos (CosmWasm), or Near
- Understanding of blockchain-specific Rust patterns: account/storage/message models
- Strong systems fundamentals: memory safety, concurrency, performance optimization
- Security awareness and testing frameworks proficiency
- Bonus: ZK circuit development (Arkworks, Halo2), cross-chain bridge experience
What Makes This Different
- Variety: 3–5 different protocol architectures per year
